What exactly does Lease Decision DD include for $4,900 plus VAT?

It includes the coordination of a file, separate receipt of information from the tenant and the guarantor, documentary review, relevant consultations in available sources, analysis of the property offered as collateral and publication of an integrated report in the client's private account. The initial total is $5,684 MXN and it is not a subscription. The necessary registration fees or certifications are quoted separately before requesting them.

Who contracts the service and who delivers the documents?

The client who evaluates the operation contracts and pays. Then identify the tenant and the guarantor by name and email. Each participant receives a private link to directly provide their data, consent and files; the client does not need to collect or maintain copies.

Is the payment a one-time payment or will there be recurring charges?

It is a single initial payment of $5,684 MXN for one file. Zarur Legal Insights does not activate memberships, renewals or automatic recurring charges with this contract. Appropriate registration fees or certifications are authorized and charged separately.

How do I know the payment is secure?

Card capture occurs at Wix checkout with Stripe as the connected provider. Zarur Legal Insights does not receive or store the full card number, security code or credentials. Before paying you can open the security, privacy, terms and contact links within the checkout itself.
