direct delivery
Tenant and guarantor receive personal links. The client does not need to collect or forward sensitive documents from third parties.
Validation and encryption
The system validates format, binary signature, size, quantity and duplicates. Supported files are encrypted before being stored and are not published to open media libraries.
Minimum access
Participants can only use their invitation for their record. The customer consults reports associated with their account; administrative access requires authorized identity and role. Administrative downloads are linked to the file and are recorded.
Conservation
The original files are kept only during the operational and legal period defined in the privacy notice, with a general maximum of twelve months unless applicable legal obligation or defense.
