Zarur Legal Insights, also identified as Legal Insights or ZLI, is the brand used on this website to identify the service. The contract is entered into with Zarur Legal Services S.A.S.
Acceptance and applicable version
By paying, requesting the opening of a file, providing information or using the portal, the client acknowledges having consulted these terms, the privacy notice and the description of the package. The version in effect at the time of payment is applied to each file, except for changes required by law or expressly accepted.
If a particular condition confirmed in writing for a record contradicts these terms, that condition prevails only with respect to that record.
Services, prices and contracting method
Zarur Legal Insights offers investigations for companies, counterparties, key people and leases. Each service page states the applicable price. Final scope, subjects, jurisdictions, deliverables, taxes, filing fees, certificates and third-party costs are confirmed before payment or commencement.
Unless a proposal expressly indicates a periodicity, the charge is unique per file and does not create subscription or automatic renewal. Any future recurring program will require a specific proposal. Online payments are processed at Wix checkout with Stripe as the connected provider; Zarur Legal Insights does not receive or retain the full card number or security code.
Opening and start of the investigation
Before beginning, the client provides basic information about the decision and the subjects involved. The investigation is activated when Zarur Legal Insights confirms the scope, conditions and applicable payment. When personal or property information is required, each participant or representative receives separate access to provide their own data, authorizations and files; Zarur Legal Insights does not request that identification, deeds or account statements be sent as normal mail attachments. In the leasing product, the order creator can choose whether the landlord or the tenant pays.
The investigation begins when the file contains the essential documents and consents and Zarur Legal Insights confirms that the information is sufficient. Estimated times are communicated after this validation and may vary due to corrections, availability of sources, jurisdiction or third-party procedures.
Obligations of the client and participants
The client must use the service for a legitimate purpose linked to the reported transaction, provide correct data and avoid sharing access to their account or the report with people who do not need to know it.
Any individual, representative, tenant, guarantor or participant who provides information must submit accurate data, legible files and documents they own or are authorized to provide. They must promptly report any error, substitution or loss of control of an access link.
- Passwords, complete card numbers or files unrelated to the investigation should not be sent.
- Falsification, impersonation or illegal delivery of information may cause the file to be suspended.
- The client must make their decision without discrimination and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Scope included
The scope can organize and analyze identity, documentary consistency, corporate structure, representation, track record, accredited capacity, links, authorized references, judicial, fiscal, regulatory or reputational signs and relevant patrimonial or registry documentation. Only confirmed modules for the contracted service or proposal are included.
The report separates confirmed facts, inconsistencies, coincidences that require caution, sources consulted, cutoff date and limitations. Zarur Legal Insights may ask for clarification or identify an incomplete scope when the necessary information is not available.
Exclusions and services not included
Zarur Legal Insights does not access reserved, filtered or illegal databases; does not promise criminal records outside of permitted records and mechanisms; and does not obtain reports from credit information companies outside the assumptions, authorizations and legally applicable channels.
Unless expressly confirmed, the service does not include judicial representation, collection, drafting or contractual review, financial audit, legal or tax opinion, appraisals, official certificates with cost, registration procedures, investigation of additional subjects or specialized advice. Any different module requires separate acceptance and pricing.
Sources, matches and cutoff date
Coverage depends on the availability, updating, digitization, jurisdiction and access rules of each source. A no-finding result means only that no data were located in the sources and dates reviewed.
A lawsuit does not in itself amount to a proven judgment or breach. A deed also does not demonstrate that the property remains free of encumbrances. Name matches are matched against legitimate identifiers; If they cannot be confirmed, they are reported with reservation or excluded.
Nature and limits of the report
The report is an informative tool to support the client's assessment. It does not constitute automatic approval or rejection, solvency opinion, audit, guarantee of future conduct or performance, payment, recovery, lack of risk or judicial result.
The final decision rests with the client and must consider the full context. When the operation requires it, the client must obtain independent legal, tax, registry or specialized advice.
Cancellations and refunds
The customer can request cancellation in writing to contacto@zarurls.com, identifying their order. If the investigation has not yet begun, the amount received is returned by the same available means.
Once the work has started, Zarur Legal Insights determines and returns, if applicable, the part corresponding to unexecuted activities. If the report has already been completed and published, there is no refund, except for non-compliance attributable to Zarur Legal Insights or an inalienable right recognized by applicable legislation.
Billing, communications and delivery
The invoice is issued with the tax data provided by the client and in accordance with current rules. The customer must request corrections within the applicable fiscal period and retain their order number.
Confirmations, documentary requests and availability notices are sent to registered emails. The report is delivered through the client's private account; A notification email does not by itself contain the complete file.
Privacy, confidentiality and security
The data is processed in accordance with the privacy notice to manage the contract, receive documents, carry out verifications, prepare and deliver the report, respond to requests and fulfill obligations. Asset data is processed with express consent when necessary.
Zarur Legal Insights applies access controls, individual sessions, file validation and encryption, limited retention, and response procedures. No system connected to the internet can promise zero risk. The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition can be exercised through contacto@zarurls.com.
Permitted use of the report
The client can use the report internally to evaluate the identified transaction. You must not publish it, resell it, use it to harass, defame or discriminate, or incorporate it into a database other than the reported purpose.
The formats, methodology, texts and brand elements belong to their respective owners. The contract does not transfer rights to the methodology nor authorizes its commercial reproduction.
Suspension, liability and legal rights
Zarur Legal Insights may suspend an application when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, impersonation, illicit use, risk to third parties or non-compliance with these terms. Before a definitive termination, it will try to communicate the cause when doing so is legal and safe.
Zarur Legal Insights is responsible for the diligent provision of the service within the contracted scope, not for subsequent changes, client decisions, false information from third parties or external unavailability of sources. Nothing provided here eliminates the consumer's inalienable rights, limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or prevents going to the competent authorities.
Applicable law and amendments
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the federal laws applicable in Mexico. The parties will attempt to resolve any clarification directly and in good faith, without limiting the consumer's right to go to PROFECO or another competent authority.
Zarur Legal Insights may update these terms to improve clarity, security or compliance. The changes are published with a new review date and do not retroactively modify a paid file, unless legally required or beneficial for the consumer.
