No, and it is worth explaining why. The law reserves credit bureau enquiries to entities registered as Users — typically whoever grants the credit — and Zarur Legal Insights is not one. There are two legitimate routes and we use both: the person or company under review requests their own credit report, which they are entitled to, and provides it to the file; or you, who will actually grant the credit, run the enquiry under your own credentials and share the result so we can integrate it into the analysis. In both cases the report is read inside the file and is not retained beyond its purpose.
No. Mexico does not have a uniform and exhaustive national search by name. The report identifies coverage, matches, confidence and cutoff date.
